The Simplest Exercise to Do and Get a Strong Penis Without Spending a Dime!

- Tense your PC muscle so your penis jumps for 3-5 seconds and let it rest again--this is known as one rep.
- Perform 50-100 reps in a day and slowly start increasing your reps up to 400 in a day
- If you find that your penis is starting to lose an erection then stimulate it again and continue with the exercise.
